🌟 NPLW – National Premier League Women

The NPLW is the highest level of women’s football in WA, outside of the A-League Women. The competition was launched in 2020, and Subiaco AFC proudly secured its spot as a foundation club after winning the State League Division 1 title in 2019.

Trials for NPLW positions are held in late December.

Central League (Division 1 & 2)

The Central League was introduced in 2023, replacing the previous Women’s State and Amateur leagues.

Subiaco AFC has already made its mark, with our Central Division 2 team winning the league in its inaugural year and Central Division 1 finishing second in 2024.

This league caters to:

  • Players aspiring to join the NPLW squad.
  • Former NPLW/State players looking for a competitive level without the full NPLW commitment.

Trials and grading sessions are held before each season.

  • New players looking to get involved in football.
  • Social footballers who enjoy the game but aren’t focused on elite competition.
