When uploading photos, we suggest you use a very small resolution (i.e. 150kb) image so that you minimise difficulties in uploading. All players in the 13s-18s age groups must have a recent (ie within 12 mths) photo uploaded to the system. For best results, please crop your image to 50mm high x 40mm wide.

As a grassroots soccer club, we rely on the efforts of volunteers so we can continue to operate smoothly. To make sure this continues, we ask every family with players in our juniors teams to sign up to two volunteer shifts during the season. Note the volunteer shifts are per family and not per player.

If you prefer not to complete volunteer shifts, you may choose to pay a $250 volunteer levy, which goes directly to supporting the club and our players. This can be paid at the time of registration via

Note you need to sign up for your two shifts or pay your volunteer levy before registration will be approved (exc. senior players*).

* For those in our seniors teams who set up and pack away their own equipment at each game, completing volunteer shifts is optional.

Junior registrations

Parents must have a PlayFootball Account. If re-registering, you need to use the email address you registered your child with previously to ensure all players are linked to your PlayFootball Account.

If you can’t remember the email address you last used, contact our Registrar via the Contacts Page. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the FFA help desk 10am – 3pm (AEST) on 02 8880 7983.

If your child has never played football before, you must create a new PlayFootball account in the parent’s name. Once you have created your PlayFootball account, you can register each child under your account. This is particularly important and ensures that sibling discounts are correctly applied.

When you register, select Subiaco AFC as your club. Select “Community” in the drop-down box.

Subiaco AFC sibling discount

A sibling discount of $50 for the 2nd and subsequent sibling will be automatically applied when you register, provided that you register each child under your (parent) PlayFootball account. Please note that if you register your children using a separate PlayFootball account, the sibling discount will not be applied. Similarly, if you have set one child’s status as the key account holder, the system will not recognise the children are siblings.

Please note that the club cannot manually refund sibling discounts that haven’t been applied by the system due to the time consuming and onerous manual administration activities involved for our volunteer run, grassroots club. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter.

Senior registrations

Prior to registering and attending training all senior players (women and men 18+) must liaise with the Team Coach and/or Senior Club Coordinators if you’re not already training with a team so they can assist you in finding the right team for your playing level.

Our Women’s NPL and Men’s State League teams require you to attend trials; however, our community teams require you to attend preseason training where you’ll be graded into teams.

If you’re wanting to attend trials for our Women’s NPL and Men’s State League teams, then you’ll need to register your interest diary with the coach. Details found here on our contact page.
