If you have a grievance in relation to another party at Subiaco AFC, you are encouraged to first speak directly to that party in an attempt to settle the matter through courteous, civil and objective discussion. It may be beneficial to request an official from the Club to be present during this type of discussion.

If you have attempted to settle the matter by discussion, or discussion is not an option, then you may submit your complaint or appeal for the consideration of the Management Committee.  The Management Committee will only consider complaints and appeals that are presented in writing and on the form provided on this page. You must not only report your grievance, but also state the remedy you seek.
