If you have a grievance in relation to another party at Subiaco AFC, you are encouraged to first speak directly to that party in an attempt to settle the matter through courteous, civil and objective discussion. It may be beneficial to request an official from the Club to be present during this type of discussion.

If you have attempted to settle the matter by discussion, or discussion is not an option, then we suggest you reach out to our Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO). Our MPIO’s will be able to provide you with information about the rights, responsibilities and options available to an individual wishing to make an official compliant.

All official complaints are to be sent into the Management Committee. Noting the committee will only consider complaints and appeals that are presented in writing and on the form provided on this page. It is important that you not only report your grievance, but also state the remedy you seek.
