2021 Registrations for all players is now set to waitlist and we will only accept players on a case by case basis if there is a place available in a team.

We share Rosalie Park with other sporting clubs. Therefore, we closely monitor player numbers to ensure we have adequate space for training and match play.

Important Notes Regarding your Registration

Processing your Registration: Please note that due to the uncertainties regarding COVID-19 and potential disruption to football activities, we will not be “approving” registrations in PlayFootball until closer to season start. The reason for this is so that if necessary, we can manage refunds directly with you and do not need to be concerned with FFA and FW fees that will have already been invoiced. Please contact the Registrar if you have further queries.

Parents must have a PlayFootball Account.  If re-registering, you need to use the email address you registered your child with previously to ensure all players are linked to your PlayFootball Account.

If your child has never played football before, you must create a new PlayFootball account in the parent’s name. Once you have created your PlayFootball account, you can register each child under your account.

When you register, select Subiaco AFC as your club.  Select “Community” in the drop down box.

Please Note

Sibling Discount: A sibling discount of $50 for the 2nd and subsequent sibling will be automatically applied when you register, provided that you register each child under your (parent) PlayFootball account. Please note that if you register your children using a separate PlayFootball account, the sibling discount will not be applied. If you do this, the club cannot refund you due to the time consuming and onerous manual administration activities involved for our volunteer run, grassroots club. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter.

Uploading Photos

We suggest you use a very small resolution (i.e. 150kb) image so that you minimise difficulties in uploading. All players in the 13s-18s age groups must have a recent (ie within 12 mths) photo uploaded to the system. For best results, please crop your image to 50mm high x 40mm wide

Volunteering at Subi

As per previous seasons, all families are required to contribute to the smooth running of our grassroots, community Club. You must choose one of the following options when you register your child (one selection per family):
• Team Coach (MiniRoos 5s-12s teams only)
• Rosters (2 shifts) – follow this link to sign up
• $250 Volunteer Levy (pay at checkout)

To avoid delays in your registration being approved, please sign up promptly to your shifts.

Please use the same email address as your child’s registration as we use this to validate your signup, and do make a note of your shift dates in your diary.

Note: Football West and Football Australia fees are automatically added to Club fees during registration and these vary by the age of the player, not the age group you are registering in.
