Subiaco AFC is on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Officer to support the smooth running of our club!
This flexible, mostly work-from-home role is ideal for someone with great organisation, communication skills, and a love for community sport. You’ll be the go-to for member enquiries and help coordinate key admin, events, and volunteer activities.
🗂️ Key responsibilities include:
- 
Handling member & coach enquiries 
- 
Supporting registration & team setup 
- 
Coordinating volunteer rosters 
- 
Assisting with club events & fundraising 
- 
Processing reimbursements & payments 
- 
Acting as our Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) 
🔍 We’re looking for someone who:
- 
Has strong admin & communication skills 
- 
Pays great attention to detail 
- 
Works well independently and in a team 
- 
Is confident with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) 
- 
Has experience in community sport (a bonus!) 
💻 Flexible role working from home with some attendance at Rosalie Park when required.
