The AGM of Subiaco City Junior Soccer Club INC. (Club) will be held at Rosalie Park Clubhouse, Onslow Road (Cnr Thomas Street), Shenton Park on Saturday, 14 December 2024, at 11:00 AM.
All 2024 club members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Voting Eligibility:
To be eligible to vote at the AGM, members must be financial and must have fulfilled their volunteer obligations as outlined during the registration process.
Proxy Voting:
Members may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the 2024 AGM. A copy of the proxy form is HERE.
Nominations are called for the 2025 committee. All committee nominations must be received by the Secretary via secretarial@subiacosoccer.asn.au no later than 5:00 PM, Saturday, 7 December 2024.
Motions Submission:
Motions to be raised at the AGM should be sent to the Secretary via secretarial@subiacosoccer.asn.au no later than 5:00 PM, Tuesday, 10 December 2024.
