Team Structure and Grading
Final Academy team allocations will be confirmed once all positions are filled which may be following the completion of Junior Grading in 2026. This information will be communicated to you separately. Please note that final league placement depends on Football Wests’s allocation.
Summer Program
ALL ACADEMY PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE SUMMER PROGRAM
This post season program will be used to trial potential players for our academy in 2026. Please fill out this form if you wish to trial for Subiaco in 2026. The summer program this year has been revamped to ensure that the players have the opportunity to improve their technical skills. This will include:
- First touch, first step
- Speed on the ball and using both feet
- 1v1 and 2v2 situations
- Maintaining a high intensity throughout all sessions
- Game based learning, decision making and various themed small sided games
Details of the Summer Program
- Duration – 10 Weeks
- Cost – $300 per player
- Venue – Bob Hawke Oval, Subiaco
- Dates 16th October to 18th December
- Day/Time (Age groups are from 2025 NOT for next season):
- Thursday: 5-6pm – U8, U9, U10
- Thursday 6-7pm – U11, U12, U13
- Thursday 7-8pm – U14, U15, U16
