To keep the club running smoothly, we ask each family (not per player) to complete two volunteer shifts during the season. If you prefer not to volunteer, you can choose to pay a $300 Volunteer Levy, which directly supports our players and programs.
Please note: Club sponsors, committee members, coaches, AGCs and team managers are already contributing through their roles and do not need to complete volunteer shifts in addition to their current club duties.
🙌 How You Can Help:
- Marshalling at games
- Setting up and packing down pitches
- Organise a team dinner in the club house
- Coordinate team mascots at a NPLW or State League home game
- Run a fundraising initiative like a sausage sizzle at Bunnings or a club Wine Drive etc.
- Manage a club event like a movie night or kids disco
💡 Volunteering is flexible! Choose shifts that work for you using SignUpGenius—our easy-to-use volunteer management system. If a volunteer shift isn’t in SignUpGenius like team dinners, team mascots, fundraising or club events then please fill out the form below and let us know how you can assist with one of these items.
Note: Registrations won’t be approved until shifts are selected, the club approves your other volunteer initiative or your volunteer levy is paid.
