Registration Information

Registrations are now live via the Football Australia platform (link below). Please note that this is a new system, but it’s designed to be user-friendly.

For pre-selected Academy players, a private link will be sent for the relevant registration product to ensure accuracy and reduce manual processing.

Grading Dates and Team Allocations

We’ve locked in our grading dates and are fine-tuning the schedule. Here’s everything you need to know:

Grading Dates:

Boys: 9th, 16th, and 23rd February

Girls: 12th, 19th, and 26th February

Grading & Team Allocations Overview:

5-7 Years:
No grading is required for this age group. Teams will be organized by the Age Group Coordinator based on: Parental assistance, School relationships, Friends, Registration requests and Coach availability

8-15 Years:
Players will be graded into teams based on ability, as assessed by our Technical Coaching team and VP Coaching and Development.

Attendance at all grading sessions is expected.

If unable to attend, notify your Age Group Coordinator at least two days prior.

Returning Subiaco AFC players only need to attend grading if they wish to be reassessed or considered for an Academy team.

16-18 Years:
Pre-season training will begin in early March, during which team allocations will be determined.

Girls’ Grading:
We’ve refined our approach to girls’ grading for 2025. This year’s structure is focused on a supportive, tailored process, developed in collaboration with our Female Player Development Manager.

Girls wishing to play in mixed leagues should attend their respective grading sessions and may choose to play a year down in these leagues.

Training Schedule

We are currently working closely with the council on pitch allocations, and the training schedule will be confirmed as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize these details.

Volunteer Roster and Levy

At Subiaco AFC, we thrive thanks to the dedication and generosity of our amazing volunteers. As a grassroots community club, we depend on everyone’s involvement to create a successful season.

To support our operations, each family is required to complete two volunteer shifts during the season.

If you prefer not to volunteer, you can choose to pay a Volunteer Levy directly into the club’s bank account. When making the payment, please use the reference VLevy <Your Surname> to ensure it is recorded correctly.

📌 BSB: 066155
📌 Account: 10320646

Note: Additional volunteer shifts will become available once Football West fixtures are released.

We’re also looking for passionate individuals to join our team! Currently, we have opportunities for a VP Events and a VP IT Administrator. If you’d like to contribute your skills and support the club in a meaningful way, please contact our Club Secretary at secretarial@subiacosoccer.asn.au for more information.

Thank you for helping us build a strong, vibrant Subiaco AFC community!
