Subiaco AFC registrations are still open for Small Sided Football (SSF) and Junior teams (U6 to U18). Even though you may have missed registration day, you can still register by email or post. However, you should not delay, places are filling fast.

A registration form and registration information pack can be downloaded from this page. When you have completed the documents, please send them to the registrar.

When submitting the completed documents, please note that it is preferred that you scan and email the documents (the registrar's email address is on the registration form). All Junior players (U12 and older) must also send an electronic head and shoulders portrait photograph (no hard copies accepted) with their registration form. Please name the photograph file by age group and player name, for example "U13 David Beckham". 

We have already received many registrations for the 2012 season, but there are still some places available in all age groups. In 2011 we reached capacity, so hurry, we don't want you to be dissappointed!

Please note, your registration will not be processed without a photograph (applies to U12 and older only), without payment or if forms are incomplete. So check carefully before you submit. 

You should also be aware that direct deposit (EFT) is no longer available. However, you may now pay by credit card. If you used direct deposit (EFT) last year and the details are still in your online banking software's address book, please ensure you do not use that account this year.
