Where and when does my team train?
Teams will generally train once or twice a week. Whilst any resident can visit their local park at any time, sporting clubs do not have this option available, unless it is pre-approved by the local council. It is very important that coaches obtain their training session allocation details from the VP Operations (contact details on the Committee Page). Coaches must never use Rosalie Park outside of their allocation without prior consent from the VP Operations.
I have been given a pitch to train on, where is it?
All pitch labels are available on the Rosale Park map. If you are playing at Pat Goodridge there is a plan on the Grounds Page.
Where do I obtain match cards and how do I complete them?
Contact you age group Coordinator for a supply of match cards. An amount sufficient for the full season will be distrubuted at the beginning of the season. See the Match Card Page for instructions about how to complete match cards.
I have never coached before, can I start now?
The answer to this question is nearly always 'yes'. Provided you have the desire, Subiaco AFC (Juniors & SSF) will help new coaches with the rest. At the commencment of each season, Subiaco AFC (Juniors & SSF) conducts a training course for coaches. New and experiened coaches attend. You will be taught how to plan, organise and conduct training sessions, the rules of the game, strategy and much more. The course is both theoretical and practical. No prior experience required.
How do I handle a grievance, complaint or appeal?

What ongoing support is provided to coaches at Subiaco AFC (Juniors & SSF)?
Subiaco AFC (Juniors & SSF) holds a coaches meeting once a month during the season. The meeting has three segments:
Meeting are held on the second Tuesday of the month at Hollywood High School, Monash Avenue, Nedlands (19:30 to 20:30).
As a Coach or Manager, where do I get help at Subiaco AFC (Juniors & SSF)?
